Korean Martial Arts

I tried Sun Moo Do today, a Korean form of martial arts. If you can find a class nearby, do attend. A good, fun workout plus an added bonus of an emotional and bodily cleanse.

Cardio

1. Run outside, 15 minutes.
2. Jump rope, 10 minutes.
3. 10 20-yard sprints, 5 minutes.
4. Run up and down a flight of stairs for 5-8 minutes.
